1. Payment strictly 30 days net from date of invoice. Any account outstanding beyond our credit terms will be passed to an agency for collection and will be subject to a surcharge. 2. New customer's first order per Pro Forma Invoice. 3. All orders of £150 and over are carriage paid by Thistle Products Ltd (UK only). 4. Orders under £150 add £6 postage and packaging. 5. Export orders ex. factory, postage and packaging chargeable. 6. All goods remain the property of Thistle Products Ltd until paid for in full. 7. Prices do not include VAT which is charged at the current rate. 8. Goods are supplied for retail purposes only. 9. Wholesale of our goods is not permitted unless agreed in writing by Thistle Products Ltd. 10. We reserve the right to refuse delivery/supply of goods should our terms and conditions of trading not be met. 11. We reserve the right to change specification should raw materials become unavailable. 12. Although we endeavour to hold prices throughout the season we reserve the right to increase prices without prior notice should our sources of supply increase prices beyond our control.

Please Note: Shortages and damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. No credits or replacement stock will be issued after this period. We are not liable for replacements or credits where stock has been damaged during display or after sale in your store.
